
The mission of Smart & Lean Hub Oy (S&L) is to build capacity on public and private bodies and value chain operators to enhance high-level operational excellence measured by quality, delivery and cost.
Smart & Lean Hub Oy is a Finnish based micro enterprise, which customers are private and public bodies either through direct assignments or through external national and international RDI funding. S&L puts effort on four interconnected actions: 1) capacity building and coaching, 2) practice-oriented experiments and development activities, 3) process, service and product innovations, and 4) community building and stakeholder management.
The operative model of Smart & Lean is to transfer value to the end customers via collaborative network nationally and internationally.

Tuula Löytty (female) earned her MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Lappeenranta Technical University, and her Bachelor in Process Technology from the Satakunta University of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Technology. She has worked for 18 years at the private sector and for 18 year at the higher education institutions.

Demet Osmancelebioglu (female) graduated from Business Administration with marketing concentration. She studied one term at Lahti University of Applied Sciences in 2014 during her bachelor’s degree. She has work experience in marketing & communication, event management, accounting and coordinating international student & staff mobility.

Kalle Karlsson (male) has gained a vocational qualification in business information technology and he is currently studying data analytics, programming and big data management in the South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences.
He has the competences to create a knowledge management environment which fulfills the requirements of GDPR. Kalle has assortment of duties in company, from programming to data analysis. Besides those duties he also manages workstations, mobile devices, network printers, Windows operating systems, MS Office product family, Outlook, web-page (WordPress), social media and e-learning tools to provide the best possible operation and communication environment for the company.
